Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.

Functional Yoga

Functional yoga is based on the scientifically-proven premise that our skeletons, tissues, physiology, temperament and motivation are made and organized in a way that is uniquely ours. This uniqueness comes with the whole package of talents and limitations that constitute who we are.

Why Yoga?

Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves breathing , increases endurance for other activities, and promotes mindfulness. Take a break from your day. Focus yourself and find clarity.
